is it possible to run exe's somehow on the psp, such as 3gp converter?

Well the game I was planning on to do was Soldat, its a 2d simple computer game, can work on win95. I'm sure psp's graphics card could handle the amazing picture a 2d game has lol. | |

come on guys... some peoples like oldies and retro games and others like high end games, its that simple.
im running Doom, Doom 2 and Quake on my PSP... for my taste i love 1st person shooters games from the early 90's | |

Taking a PC game and converting it to an iso? Thats a bad idea lad.
