Error Message 80020321?

I am running CFW 3.71 M33.

I keep getting error message 80020321 when i try to run an ISO or CSO which I have placed in the ISO folder. What am I doing wrong?

Disable the no-umd option, go to advanced configuration in your recovery menu and disable everything. Then put a UMD in the drive and play.

also, instead of disabling the no-umd you can enter the vsh menu, either by hitting the home button or select while in the xmb, and set the umd to sony.
