playstation eboot cheats question?

Hi! Another n00b question. Tried looking everywhere and got nothing. Is there anyway to use cheats for playstation 1 eboots? It doesn't seem like cwcheats would work on it but I'm not totally sure. Thanks for any help.

cwcheat has psx gmae cheat in it already so yeah it works with psx games man

I just d/l one with the cheats. The other file I d/l didn't have anything. Thanks!
