Before Getting Your Hopes Down...
This is what ull need.

itll have 2 files
the folder pspvnc
and a setup file.
run the setup, and u know click next, choose where to install, so on and so on.
ok so finally when u installed it.

before proceeding, make sure ur psp is connected with ur router (u can do this in settings>internet connections)
now turn on ur psp and select pspvnc application (game>memory stick)
itll load the program.
now itll tell u ur network connections.
select the one u want to connect to.
itll connect...
now go to New Host.
in here itll ask u for a host name.
delete everything and enter the ip address vnc game u when hovering over the icon in the taskbar.
in my case it was '192.168.2.100'
(btw the writing system is a little weird, and to type numbers press the L trigger)
press start.
and put anything on filename, i left it as 'unnamed'
press start
now choose ur os. in my case i chose windows.
now select ur unnamed host
now it will ask for ur password.
put '111111'
if u correctly followed these steps, u will now see ur pc screen on ur psp.
