mate as i said at the post
First start the irshell gend patch . After doing this you can start the irshell . If you dont do as i said your psp wont start XMB and will give a wrong cfw error. ( semi-brick )
5- Then first start IRshell GEN-D patch ..
What you should do?
First you can toggle your usb from recovery menu - ( hold r when turning on the psp )
select "toggle usb"
then delete all files about ırshell from stick
then do the steps again correctly ..
you will be able to use usbhost now on ..
there is a problem with directing screen "psp to pc" still i couldnt solve it i ll search about that..
By the way i found this post at official irshell's technical support page ;

Throughout the development of iR Shell, AhMan has had fairly close relations with Dark_AleX with some code being from him (Initial ISO loading, original NetHostFS, later M33 SDK etc). AhMan was always dedicated towards Dark_AleX/M33. Various things have happened in the scene since those days, also things not everyone knows about.
AhMan has repeatedly stated that no new features will be included in iR Shell and that it will only be updated if/when a new major CFW by Dark_AleX and/or M33 is released to support this new CFW. His word stands, he codes iR Shell for himself and if he doesn't see a need to install new CFW then it won't be happening. And since the PSP scene is dying a slow death anyway (seen any really good homebrew for a while ?) I'm seriously beginning to doubt if it will ever happen.
I can assure you, though, AhMan will not make iR Shell compatible with GEN firmware no matter what happens.

hmm, the only thing i can say with this is to have it in iso form on the memory stick rather then umd
