flash games? you mean like games on miniclip/addictinggames?

You can't just "convert" .swf flash games. You have to recode it for PSP into .PBP format, so your just porting it to homebrew.

However you can download the flash game in .swf, put it on your memory stick, and point the PSP browser to it, but most won't work.

If your willing to port a game and learn LUA or C++, ask the original maker of the flash game and take a look at the QJ.net development forums for help.
