If you have a PC installed with Windows 2000 and up, you can plug the drive in as a slave and boot into Windows. When you're there right click on the My Computer icon and click manage. Then go down to disk management and find your drive and format it to NTFS. Remember this will erase all data.

Ok. If you want to get rid of Ubuntu, you have many options. You can pop in the Ubuntu Live CD and use G-Parted to delete partitions and reformat the drive, or you can use your Windows Installation disc to do the same. If you just want to fix the MBR (to get the original boot menu), pop in your Vista disc, go to Recovery Console, and type in fixmbr.
Optionally, you can also reinstall Windows through a repair install to maintain your programs, files, and settings.

you mean NTFS. Fat32 has a 4GB per file size limit. like said, use G-Parted on the Ubuntu live CD to format the drive.
