    Hey has any one ever check out the rs-232.. i know a few that have mapped it and im attemptin to flash thrue this port useing a jtag box.. what i need is some one who could decript the code that comes from this port when the psp power switch is thrown.. and let me know what they get.. my friend works for sony and he told me that this is how they flash there bricked psps that come in or if they want to test a new firmware. thanks

    It makes sense - Just like a PC it's all written into the flash ROM. Your buddy needs to get the software now - here's the mapping to make a cable
