    is a psp with 1.50 firmware good? should i update to the newer?

    It's good for a lot of a things, but I would recommend 3.03OE-C or 3.40OE-A. Go here for help on upgrading to 3.03OE-C. It's got all the homebrew capabilities of 1.5 plus all the power of Sony's official fw, and A recovery menu! Also, download this for help with your PSP.

    one thing you should never do (in your right mind): upgrade to sony firmware. make sure you're grabbing custom firmware, not the official FW
    is it just me, or do newbies ALWAYS have the worst fucking grammar and spelling known to man?!

    ok, so the psp has been getting dusty, so im gonna start playing with it again. what firmwares should i download to upgrade from 1.50?
