Well, I've been going through some problems recently, and I'm wondering if there's a way I can cloak my IP address freely, for security reasons.

    Not freely, for better results.

You can use web-based proxies, cgi-proxies, etc. But programs are usually better, such as HideMyIp, or HideIp Platinum.

In use with PG2, you'll be set.
