    Okay my parents have had a 2 year contract from T-Mobile, and they're contract has ended, but they still have service, so was they're contract extended? and for how long? I want to upgrade my phone with a Google G1 for 180$ plus 25$ each month for 400 text messages and unlimited web, I'm going to pay the 180$ and the 25$ every month to my parents, so if I upgrade my phone to a T-Mobile G1, will it make a new contract for 2 years or what? (I'm desperate, my brother threw my 2 year phone at the wall and broke it >.<) Thanks in advanced!

    why don't you guys just contact T-Mobile and ask what the current status is on the phones (contracts, etc.)

    Your parents are paying premium rate for the phone calls and text and web unless they extend their contract or cancel it.

    Whether you are going to take out a 12 month, 18 month, or 24 month contract, it should say on the play; clearly!
