Im a newb and i know this lol but i do know some basic things. I have never worked with PSP before and my first question[s] are:

When modding a PSP is there a different screen you run off to get to {emulators, other programs, etc.} or is all in the programming?

Can anyone just give me a rough discription of what you would have to do to have an offical modded PSP? [doesnt have to be in a tutorial format ]

ok...since your new, ill explain it. we really dont have anything to say whjats a 'official' modded psp. read the stickeys for the stuph on homebrew(emus, roms, other apps...) Next PSP (PSP mk2 ?) to get built-in camera, video streaming theres you "noob" starting place...enjoy!
