SNES games slow on PSP

I use ChickHEN R2 firmware and I use the latest Snesx9. Some snes games run perfectly, such as A Link to the Past and Super Mario World, but other games like Super Mario RPG and Breath of fire 2 have issues, like especially in battles, the sound will be really slowed down.

I adjusted all the sound settings in the emulator but no changes. I even changed the cpu clock game thing to 133/166

Any other suggestions?

You've gone the wrong way, you want it at the max, which IIRC is 333/166.

333/166, yeah, that's what I meant to say. Didn't make a difference in the slightest.

that's cause no matter what, certain games will always be slow for snes on psp. there's really nothing that can be done about it unless you can write your own emu.
