Why doesnt d.qj.net work?

Why arent am i not able to download things off of dl.qj.net. I have McAffee Virus, Spam, Privacy, i got google toolbar, but i don't get one of those yellow boxes. It basically refreshes the page even though it is redirecting me to a new address. The "download" link is like another refresh button, but at the gray bottom box, i can see it is pointing to a new, different address. How do i get passed?

you have pop up blocker? turn it off,

or just keep clicking it until it downloades or the download box pops up

double check that the address is correct, it may need "www." first. Also, try, as mentioned abovem another browser.
