The magic wand tool will select the pixel you click and everything adjacent to that pixel within the allowable color range. Along the top of photoshop you will see a range for the magic wand. You can specify a value between 1-255. 1 means the adjacent pixels must be the exact same color. 255 means any color will be selected (in other words the entire image). I usually work in the 10-60 range. If you want to keep growing your selection, holding the Ctrl (or maybe its the shift key... i forgot and I don't have ps on my work comp, but you will see a little plus sign by the magic wand when you are holding the right key) key and clicking with the magic wand will add to your selection. Holding the Atl key will subtract from your selection.

I forgot the font name, but if you go to www.dafont.com and search for "Playstation" you will find it. To make the letters bubble? Not sure what you mean... if you mean make them look like they are above the rest of the image all 3d like, then...
Right click on the layer with your text, not in the image but on the layer map... if you don't see that its when you go to WINDOWS>LAYERS... the window that shows, right click the text layer and go to blending options. Here you can add glow effects, a stroke, a pattern, and a drop shadow (the drop shadow give the text the appearance that its above the image )

I guess this will become the official Drizzle photoshop Q and A thread...

bubble letters- i think he means like thick letter, with no 90 degree angle cornors, but rounded.

Just the fonts... check www.dafonts.com You can find thousands of different fonts there. some of them are bound to be bubble fonts.

Create a new document with the size 2x2 pixles with a transparent background. Use the magnifying glass to zoom in all the way. Use the pencil tool to fill in the bottom 2 pixels and leave the top two pixels transparent. Go to EDIT>Define Pattern. Save the pattern as what ever name you want. Now on the image you want to add the lines to, select the layer you want the lines on and right click it in the layer map. Select "Blending Options". Click on the "pattern overlay" section. There should be a drop down list and in that list you should see the pattern you defined. Select it. You should usually set the opacity of the pattern overlay to around 20% but play around with it to see what looks good. You can define any pattern you want. Another good looking pattern is to create a 3x3 image with a transparent background and use the pencil to make a diagonal line, then instead of horizontal lines, you will have diagonal lines
