Psp 2000v3 messed up my keycleaner.

For some reason, i used keycleaner v1.4, i know it was a bad idea, but i didnt know before, so now my key is messed up.
My wifi doesnt work anymore, getting internal error and light doesnt blink anymore.
And the psp often freeze when i start or exit a game.

Is there a way to fix it up? Nandtool? Keymanager? Anything?

You probably chose the wrong motherboard version. and it told you you had a wrong key. Just run it again and chose the right motherboard version.
