These are some of the best programs to use to keep your computer more secure, virus-free, and spyware free.

    Ad-Aware SE Personal Edition
    http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/

    Spybot: Search & Destroy
    http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html

Microsoft Antispyware (Windows XP, Windows 2000, and Windows Server 2003 only)
    http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/s...re/default.mspx

Firefox (A browser with less spyware vulnerabilities. Not an anti-spyware program, but a preventive measure)
    http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/

    ZoneAlarm Firewall
    http://www.zonelabs.com/store/content/home.jsp

I recommend these programs to everyone. Download them ASAP! :D
If you think of more, feel free to post them.

The link for the MOOX Builds of FireFox just returns this error:

    PHP Code:
    Not Found
    The requested URL
/tech/mozillawas not found on this server.

Additionallya 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request
The main page says that it is returning soon, but I think you ought to put some sort of message next to the URL.

I have the beta version of IE 7. It's okay, but it's not nearly better than Firefox.

The only problem with Firefox is the damn memory leak. I wish they'd fix that already. Firefox starts off using 25,000k RAM, then my computer slows down hours later and I wonder why... it's cause FF is using up 250,000k RAM.

Zone alarm is a good program... but takes to many resources sadly...

Ad-aware is one of the best spyware programs out there.

I also like firefox, though I prefer IE7 more.. FF is only good, if you have IE 6 or lower.

Yeah... a strong firewall with low resource needs is required. Unfortunately, I don't really know any. But I'm thinking something with a basic interface like PeerGuardian (which is only an IP blocker), but with just about the same power as other firewalls.

Also, try the IEtab extension for Firefox.
    Internet Explorer inside Firefox!

Yeah IETab is the best. You can have Firefox and IE in one app!

    Come on Operafox..with IETab.
