your truely in a jam then my friend . I mean the symptoms your experiencing are only specific to IE.

You could try the basics and delete your cache, cookies, and windows temp folder.

IE will then be forced to redownload the entire page over again instead of using it's corrupted cached version.
To prove it's IE specific, you can probably even fix it by creating a new XP profile (again purely as a test, delete it afterwards). I'll bet it will display fine using the new profile.

yeah, once i delete the files in the temp folder it doesn't do it as much.. Then it will start up again. I'll try a new profile.

Its how IE caches it's pages, its having a hard time with the pages your visiting. Its unusual it happens more to you then most people... but the honest to god answer is that IE sucks... But you seen that in thousands of posts already.. so i know i'm not telling you anything new.

Other then a bit of eye candy... there isn't much difference between IE7 and Firefox anyways now adays.... Microsoft did a good job stealing the entire interface look and feel from firefox... You should consider changing and the errors won't appear as much.

Also, since IE uses ActiveX controls, it can be easily accessible to spy/mal/ad-wares. Firefox, Opera, and other browsers don't have ActiveX controls, thus making them safer against those malwares. Also, some people say that since IE is so connected to the OS, if you critically mess up IE, you might have to reinstall the OS to fix IE, or have to go through repairing it with the WINXP disc.

IE7 may have tabbed browsing, but the IE team has a long, loooong way to go to catch up to Firefox. Not only does Firefox allow add-ons and extensions, it also loads about three times as fast as IE...

I think the IE dev team in Redmond needs to stop kissing up to the Firefox devs and get IE into line.
From the IE team to the Firefox 2.0 developers:
