it's a little more complicated than your standard brick.
I would say somewhere in the $65 range, depending on several things.
If you get it and unbrick it, for the condition it's in, $65 is a STEAL.

Maybe the motherboard is dead, maybe some NAND keys are messed up. I think the guy on ebay who reflahed it downgraded to 1.5, then up, and messed up the keys.

I did read it...if your psp is bricked it won't ever come back on unless its a semi-brick where you go into recovery mode blah blah or use pandoras battery... I highly doubt that pandoras is going to fix your psp. But it is broken and he buys broken psp so go on and sell it

i did that with my 2nd psp. pandora can fix alot but it cant fix a NAND corruption... yet?

working with a guy now, he thinks some of the keys are messed up,so im going to replace the non specific keys with his keys, and see if that helps.
