I would like to send a knowledgeable member of this forum (Preferably East Coast) my recently inherited PSP.

A little Info about my PSP:

Friend broke the UMD drive/laser. Doesn't read UMD's. So he bought a new one to play Crisis Core. I took it from him so that I can play music/surf the web.

After a little research I found that it can be modded to change the firmware to play Homebrew/Emulators/Other Games that may or may not be legal. All excited I went and checked my FW. Turns out I have 3.51...

I currently have the PSP system, and the charger. No memstick as of now.

I would like the member that wants to to:

Change the FW to the latest and greatest.
Provide a little AIM/MSN/Email support on playing said Homebrew/Emulator/Other Games.

Also, how much would I expect to pay for something like this, or is this post completely stupid, and I should shoot myself?

    Thanks for looking!

Lol, that's not quite what I was going to do.

If any one does say yes, I will look up there posts/modding history to verify that they are in fact a legit member, and not looking to rip me off.

i am in the usa, Pennsylvania to be exact. and i would do it if you pay post bothways, including a return sticker in the package you send the psp in. tell me first though, what exactly do you want done to the psp? and do you have a psp fat or slim? the best for a fat is 3.71 or 3.80 and the best for a slim is 3.90... if you send a memory card with it, i can load homebrew on it, but im a phat user, so some of my homebrew prob isnt compatable with a slim, if thats what you have

edit: oh, and do you happen to have the battery to the psp or no?
