These are OEM install discs for Windows 7 Professional 32-bit and XP SP3. These will ONLY work an a Dell computer but it is a no questions asked keyless install. These are unopened and I had 3 of both but I'm keeping one 7 Pro disc for myself.

I have 3 discs for XP SP3 and will sell these for $10 SHIPPED in the continental US.

I have 1 disc for 7 Pro and will sell for $20 SHIPPED in the continental US. Edit: One sold, one left.

    I will not ship internationally.

Hmm... Canada. Canada is pretty easy to ship to from the US. Shouldn't be too expensive at all really. PM me and we can figure it out.

May I ask where you obtained these genuine discs?

These come bundled with every new Dell computer. The person I got them from buys these computers in bulk and has no need for the install discs and so gives to me. Usually I sell them locally on Craigslist but I just don't feel like dealing with creepers this time.

    Why do you ask?

Ok, I did a fresh install of 7 earlier today and I had to use Windows 7 Loader by Daz in order to activate my copy.

The reason is because my computer originally came with Windows XP, and there is a marker in the BIOS that tells this to the install disc. It will let you install Windows 7 just fine and it will start up and work just fine. But it won't activate with Microsoft because they want you to buy a license for an upgrade and this is the purpose that BIOS marker serves.

This is a legitimate factory-sealed OEM disc and I see no reason why I can't give or sell it to someone. Why should Microsoft make money on that transaction? Fuck you Microsoft! You're the pirates you dumb assholes!

My copy is activated and works just fine now. If you buy a copy of 7, I'll be more than happy to explain this very simple procedure. If your computer originally came with Windows 7 and is a Dell, you'll not have this issue.

If you buy a copy of XP SP3 you'll not have this issue either.

Slowman is right. These discs are legitimate and are sold to OEMs (ie Dell) at much lower prices than we pay since they buy them in bulk. What Windows 7 Loader does is tell Windows that you're installing it on a Dell computer (or any other brand you want, but in this case Dell). And since this is all done before Windows boots up, there is no way for Microsoft to patch this or know about it.
