Windows 7 theme help

I have a Windows 7 PC and I downloaded some themes from deviantart.com and it said to install it properly I need to replace the shell32.dll and explorerframe.dll in C: > WINDOWS > SYSTEM32
I'm the only person on the computer and I'm the administrator but it says I don't have the administrative capabilities to replace the files
(and I'm not an idiot i saved the original files to my desktop before i tried to replace them)

oh and btw MICROSOFT AND HP CAN KISS MY ASS! i love there products but everybody is money hungry

I don't see why the theme wants to replace shell32.dll. It is a VERY important system file, and has nothing to do with a theme. Are you sure it is clean?

I'm pretty sure it is clean but most of the themes change the taskbar, the windows button, and many other aspects and I think thats why it wants to replace those files

OK, I see... Have you checked this page? It basically involves changing the file/folder ownership.

PS: Always do it on your own risk and keep a backup copy!

i did what the page said to do and I changed the original but now I cant put the new one in the folder I cant change the file back to its original name and i cant do anything to any other files in the folder the computer still works other than that but i dont want to reboot it because the page said if it is not named shell32.dll the computer will not boot
