to use remote play over the internet (not in the same palce as your ps3) you need to have at least 3.5 (official, or custom)

Default PSP Remote Play????

i had the same issue but fixed it with KeyCleaner v1.4 by Chilly Willy.its a app that corrects missing or misplaced keys that the ps3 looks for when trying to register.your keys might be curropted from downgrading your psp or useing those easy upgraders to use those hacked firmwares.try it out it worked for me.google it in to find it.
