Problem on EA Games Infrastructure Modes

Is this only for US Residents or something? Im in Australia
because every time i try to play fifa or something i lose connection,
i connect, find a player, press start game, but then i lose connection
even when im sat right next to my router
it happens on my real and backup umd's.

can anyone help out?

it could be
but what could be wrong with it
its fine on the internet and everything on all pcs and laptops (2 of which are wireless aswell)
just when playing games online on my psp
