You cant. Currently the only way to stream youtube videos is through a homebrew progam called PSPTUBE.

psptube is a pain, you have to go through youtube, get a developer id (which is free but who cares) and even then you'll be lucky to get it working, its better to just watch them on a computer

dudes, i got a better way for you people without a custom firmware.
FIRST: download PSPVideo9
SECOND: go to YouTube.com and find the URL of the vid you want on your PSP
THIRD: open a new tab (if you have Firefox or Internet Explorer) then go to YouTubeX.com, and paste the URL in the first text box
FOURTH: click Download Video
FIFTH: go down to that video, and click download
BOOM! its in your computer, but it might just be a data file, but PSPVideo9 will recognize it as a video and transcode it.
SIXTH: open PSPvideo.... nvm, u all know wut 2 do from here
