cannot connect to ea server?

so, i am trying to play on infrastructure mode on FIFA 08 it gets the IP address and everything then it reads that it is connecting to the ea server. i wait for it to connect, but everytime it says i lost connection to ea server. while i was at my cousins house, i was able to connect no problem. does anyone have a suggestion or is able to help?

i have tried that. do i need to lower a security setting on my router or something?

i have the linksys wireless G broadband router with speedbooster. 2.4GHz

hmm....maybe something with port forwarding. i know on my xbox i had to forward certain ports to get it to work.

Or try to set static ip address manually. Use your router ip as gateway ip on psp, and use opendns for the dns.

If this work, then your router have problem in its DHCP server service. Try update the router firmware.
