What you may not know is that there is a bug where when you try to search or use a wireless lan connection (WLAN) the psp may say something like:

Internal Error
(80410A0B) - Loose WiFi card

To fix this without any memory loss, take out the UMD which is in the psp, and also take out the memory card.

Next, go to settings, then system settings and click restore settings, the psp may freeze up, but it is not broken, take out the battery pack and put it back in, the settings should be restored and all should work.

Sony hotlines dont tell you how to fix this problem, many people often go buy a new or swap their psps, but all you need to do is this!

NOTE : Some users report this process helps them and some report it doesn't
REASON : Typically this error is indicative of a "LOOSE WIFI CARD" this tends to occur if the PSP is dropped.
but, also can be related to a bug found in newer versions of firmware

Sorry it didnt work for you Drift, unfortunately as I stated, this works for some and others it doesn't, there is a good chance the wifi card is loose internally, problem is, you need to take your PSP apart to fix that.

Also, what firmware are you running ?

If you decide to try and fix the wifi card, I can give you instructions on how to do this.

Cheers!
