Please Help me on Network Connection errors

I have a problem with my PSP connecting to internet or network.

When I tried to use internet with "none" security setting SSID (access 97% from public library), it says
'SSL communication cannot be perforemd. A handshake error has occurred in SSL'

so when I tried to update the network in Network Update, it says
'A connection to the server could not be established. (80431075)'

I only know that my psp version is 3.90 m33-3
and I do not know the firmware thingy...>.<

Could anyone please help me?

I had that problem with my old psp, the next day it worked connecting to the internet at just a signal lower than 70%

I went to McDonald, 2 different public library and still had the same problems

in other site some guy said I might have CFW

What is CFW?

haha omg go to system setting and then check system info

if it says anything about m33 or oea its custom firmware

for a solution search google for psp mac address fixer
and download it put it in your game folder and run it.
the file is realy small. but it only works if you are on
cfw

not the whole zip file lol if its in a rar file download the free version of
winrar to extract the file

I downloaded the fixer but

i still ahve the same problem

I made it work on my friends router though

its really weird b/c i didnt even install the fixer that time and it worked

it takes 20 seconds for it to work it will tell you if the address is messed up and fix it. and if its correct then it tells you. you should try it if it says its right then you probly need a new wifi card

so I went in. .and click the MacFixer

and it says...

Error starting adhoc, rc=8002013a

....

I downloaded it and extracted the file

and i put it on PSP->game->MacFixer(Eboot.PBP, idstorage.prx)

so am i doing something wrong or do i need new MacFixer?

if I do need New macFixer, could you please provide me a dl site?

"Thanks for the help. I've managed to solve the problem by reflashing the nand of my psp with a backup nand flash. Used idstorage manager to del some keys, and recreate some keys. Lastly, I used the macfixer and it works. Now I can play adhoc and surf net."

just to make sure

when I ran the program

it says

Updated the MAC address to match the WLAN module

so...

My Mac Address is now 00:00:00:00:00:00

and now my ad hoc doesnt even work

I cant even play with my friends anymore...

WTF did Mac Fixer do to my PSP !!!?
