Are there some specific sites for psp downloading that have viruses in them? I had to get a new computer because I downloaded too much psp junk and I dont want that to happen again.

while there are no specific viruses that affect the psp in any way (make it slower, etc.) you can download virses that claim to be psp games onto your windows computer and it will mess that up...

i suggest using a free firewall and antivirus ( try comodo free for the firewall and avg free for the antivirus)

ok I have antivirus but is there even a free firewall for the psp? If so where should I go? And yeah zack I took that screenshot from my psp it freakin sweet

You don't need a firewall for the psp. As cybereclipse stated, there are no viruses that affect the psp

The viruses that will infect your PC will not affect the psp. They will most likely be in .exe format (the viruses) and the psp cant run .exe files.

Your PSP is safe from viruses.......For now...

Just keep scanning your computer and running spyware sweepers.

Downloading anything onto your computer has a chance of containing some sort of "illness" to your computer.

Just be careful to what you download.
