browser Error code 80410418

When I set up wireless it tells me it was successful but when I go to connect to the internet I keep getting error code 80410418 "Communication with the server has failed. A DNS error has occurred."

I have been reading in different places around that a reset to factory defaults normally fixes that problem. Since I am a noob and didn't do the work on my PSP I don't know if I will loose my firmware and end up back to what it was when it came out of the box.

Will I loose my firmware?

Are there any other fixes for my problem

No all u need to do is go to system setting and reset ur psp settings
