You can talk about it on here, as long as it isnt a torrent site or anything with copyrighted material. If its a homebrew torrent app then you can say it on here.... I dont know any so id like to know too..
Although the psp's wifi wouldnt be as strong as a pc's so it would take a hell of a long time to dl anything.

the homebrew is CTORRENTS..google for it.it will actually download the torrent to ur psp

Just so you know, The Torrent programs really dont work too well. I think the Dev did it just to see if they could as opposed to really taking the functionality to the max.

this will be incredibly slow. PSP's only have 802.11b wifi which caps out at 11Mb/s which is 1.37MB/s. Thats theoretical max speed though. 802.11b average speed is 4.5Mb/s or .56MB/S
