Sending

Yesterday my friend wanted some of my Wallpapers, so i tried to send them, and you go to the send option and it said something like "searching for other psp devices" and just sits there for ages. Anyone got any ideas how to do this.

Did you try to turn on the WLAN? Maybe thats your problem. And please, read the stickys.

Basically we both went to Ad Hoc Mode, then we both chose CH1 then we both saved our settings. Yeh we both had full batterys, but still one wasnt pickingup the other.

They both have to have at least 2.0 firmware. Not sure if that has anything to do with it.

How much memory do you have on your memory stick. And also which kind of memory stick?

The memory stick will not have anything to do with the psp's ability to connect to another psp. As long as the memory card has enough space for the file it should not matter.

Thanks for all the replies.

I have got a 2.01 and my mate has 2.06,

and thats what i was thinking, does my mate need to go on something to be able to recive it. Like when you use bluetooth with the computer, you have to set the computer to recieve file first

All my mate did was just leave it on the PSP menu, and i thought my PSP would pick his up and then a message would come up on his or something?

He needs to press triangle (EU) on the 'PHOTO' menu, and press RECEIVE.

You need to press SEND.

Simple

..and may I just say, PSPonPCP, that's an awfully scary avatar haha
