Not without custom firmware, no.

I suggest you install CFW if you are running a Phat or hackable 2000.

Then use adhoc file transfer, you can find it on QJ.net.

Otherwise you can always just hook your PSP to whoever's PC you are trying to share w/ and let them just upload it onto theirs thru the PC.
