Hello Everyone,

I recently applied the Chickhen R2 CFW to my PSP 3000 but after which I have noticed that I cannot connect to the internet. At first I thot I was putting in the wrong password but then just to test it out I reset the adapter settings of my laptop and used the same password and it connected.

I've checked my settings over and over again but to no avail. Could some1 clarify if its the CFW that doesn't allow to connect to the internet?

Even if the PSPs do NOT support 1.5 kernel, now with custom IPL, there is no
need of 1.50 kernel to boot CFW, other firmware kernels can be used, though
1.5 is more "Dev-friendly"

If you BRICKED your "memory stick" while formatting and HAVE CFW: Load your
PSP in Recovery Mode (press R while turning power on) or just remove the
battery and put it back in) then Choose Toggle USB and properly format your
memory stick through there.

Well about the settings, yes am absolutely sure since as I mentioned earlier, I reset my pc adapter settings just to make sure I was entering the correct settings.

Marcy, I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the Memory stick. I need the files to be on the memory stick since after rebooting in safemode I won't be starting my psp with the cfw but the ofw 5.03 only. Unless your asking me to do a fresh install of everything.

What I can think of is to shut the psp restart with the ofw and try connecting to the internet. See if that works incase it doesn't then its something to do with my settings definitely.
