i have been modding the crap out my psp, 100 phat, everything i can think of ive done. but one issue has continuously plauging my system. i had added an extension to my wifi antenna card the one that sits above the power card. so that mod worked, but i didnt liek it so i removed it, since then i have had issues getting full signals from my home router. used to get 80% regularly now i only get 12%- 40% no matter how close i am. any idea or alternatives? i have the solder points on the wifi card bridged where the wire attaches and i relocated the card into the umd space. so, i am at a loss so i am turning to you guys.

When it comes to wifi antennas I don't like to mess with the wires and solder anything because it might mess it up, you might have to buy an adaptor and another wifi antenna.

You bridged the antenna points so basicly you made it have 0 antenna. unbridge the points and solder in a loop no longer then 5CM that will return most of your signal.
