uhm.. dont really get the question but if there is a wifi-spot that isnt encrypted/protected you can surf wherever you are, just search for connections

i think he means like a cell phone wireless net provider. if that is what you mean, no, there is nothing like that for psp, you just have to find an access point somewhere
